Farro with Blueberries
This is a super simple, filling alternative to oatmeal for breakfast. Give it a try.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Farro
2 tbsp Almond Butter
1/2 cup Blueberries
Optional: agave, coconut shavings and cinnamon
method
Boil the farro for 15 minutes, or until soft
Add to a bowl and top with almond butter and blueberries
Feel free to add cinnamon, unsweetened coconut shavings and 1 tsp of agave nectar
